Pistachio macaroons with white chocolate creme

 yeah buddy
- 50 g ground Pistachios
- 75 g ground Almond
- 210 g Powdered sugar
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 30 g Sugar
for the crème:
- 50 g White chocolate
-  100 g Crème cheese

Process: Mix Pistachios, almond, powdered sugar. In another bowl mix egg whites till hardened and add salt and sugar. At the end mix pistachios mixture into the egg whites mixture slowly. Shape the macaroons on the tray and leave the macaroons rest for 30 min, after that put them into a preheated oven on 160 degrees and bake them for 10-12 min. When they´re done leave them cool off.
To make the crème just mix melted white chocolate and crème cheese. At the end just make couples of two macaroon slices and crème in between.
