Carrot muffins

- 200 g of flour
- 250 g of carrots
- 1 orange
- 2 tea spoons of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 100 ml of melted butter
- 200 g of cream cheese

Instructions: Mix grated carrots, orange juice, orange peel, an egg, sugar, butter and cream cheese. At the end add flour and bakind powder.  After you've blended everything well, fill the cupacake tray with the dough and bake the muffins for 20 minutes in 180 degrees celsius preheated oven. Enjoy!
The carrot muffins were made by my sister. What can I say, she is just a freak and bakes A LOT!
